What is IB Player Pro?

IB Player Pro is a premium IPTV subscription service offering 20,000+ live channels and 100,000+ movies and series in 4K, FHD and HD quality. It is trusted across the UK and worldwide as a reliable British IPTV provider.

How is IB Player Pro different from other IPTV services?

We focus on three things most providers get wrong: rock-solid streaming with anti-freeze technology, real human support 24/7 via WhatsApp and email, and full compatibility with IBO Player, IBO Pro, Smart TVs and Firestick. We also let you customise your playlist by country.

Where can I watch IB Player Pro?

Plans & Pricing

What plans do you offer?

Two groups: Subscription + Playlist (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) for the full IPTV experience, and Activation Only (1 year or Lifetime) if you already have your own M3U or Xtream playlist and only need IBO Player or IBO Pro activation.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer free trials. However, our 6 and 12 month plans include free IBO Pro activation, and we provide clear refund eligibility under our Refund Policy if the service does not work as advertised.

Which plan should I pick?

If you want everything in one place (channels, VOD, app activation), pick a Subscription + Playlist plan. The 6 Months is our most popular. If you already have a playlist and just need to activate IBO Pro or IBO Player, pick an Activation Only plan.

Is IB Player Pro compatible with IBO Player?

Yes. Our IBO subscription works seamlessly with IBO Player and IBO Pro on Smart TVs, Firestick, Android, iOS and MAG devices.

What is the difference between activation and subscription?

An activation unlocks a media player (IBO Player or IBO Pro) on your specific device by MAC address. A subscription gives you the actual playlist of channels and VOD. You usually need both to watch.

How do I find my MAC address?

Open IBO Player or IBO Pro on your device. The MAC address is shown on the home screen or under Settings. It looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.

Compatibility & Setup

Which devices are supported?

Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Amazon Fire TV / Firestick, Android phones / tablets / TVs, iPhone & iPad, Apple TV, MAG and Enigma2 set-top boxes, and PCs (Windows / Mac).

Do I need a fast internet connection?

For smooth streaming we recommend a stable connection of at least 20 Mbps. Slow or unstable internet is the most common cause of buffering, and unfortunately it is outside our refund policy.

How long does setup take?

Most customers are watching within 5 to 15 minutes after receiving credentials. We send a step-by-step setup guide by email and our team is on WhatsApp if you need help.

Payment & Activation

How do I pay?

For activation orders we accept UK bank transfer (or Wise / Revolut from outside the UK) and USDC on the Solana network. Subscription orders receive payment instructions by email after the order is placed.

How long does activation take?

Most orders are activated within minutes after payment is received. Once you upload your proof of payment on the thank-you page, your MAC address is activated automatically and we follow up on WhatsApp.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

No. There are no surprise renewals. When your plan is about to expire we contact you and you choose whether to renew.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, under specific conditions. We offer a full refund if our support team fails to respond within 72 hours, or if a major technical problem on our side cannot be solved within 7 days. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Why was my refund refused?

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, slow or unstable internet, incompatible devices, content removed by upstream providers, or issues we have proven are caused on the customer side.
